The headline this time: Deepworld has mail. Plus a batch of fixes that make the day-to-day feel right.
📬 Mail has arrived
A brand-new inbox lets you receive messages — even while you’re logged off. There’s an envelope button right on your HUD that loads with the rest of the UI, an unread badge so you never miss one, a readable steampunk Messages window, per-message delete, and a one-tap Reply that drops the sender straight into your chat. Composing fresh player-to-player mail is the next step on this one.
🔧 Fixes that make it feel right
- No more spawning at half health. Players whose max health was boosted by gear used to spawn at only half their real maximum — and it stayed wrong until you took a hit. Your health bar now reads full from the moment you log in.
- The endless loading spinner on respawn is gone. Dying far from your spawn point could leave you stuck on a forever-spinning loading gear. Respawning now drops you back into the world cleanly — and other players see you reappear in the right spot.
- Guild & Order badges stay put. Fixed a bug where your guild tag and Order icon could show up blank for other players after they respawned or relogged.
- HUD polish. The chat window now sits clear of the chat and mail buttons instead of overlapping them.
